Gregg Araki is the punk rock renegade of the New Queer Cinema Movement. Born in Los Angeles and raised near Santa Barbara, he bagan making feature films in 1987 and later on went to define the 1990s for disaffected art fags everywhere. This addition to our “For the Love of...” series is a love letter to every queer kid’s favorite director.
